OUR TIMEKEEPERS

Where are the watches assembled?

Our watches are assembled in France by experienced watchmakers located in our workshop in Morteau in the Juras, in the heart of the French watchmaking industry.

What is a self-winding watch?

An automatic watch works without a battery thanks to a complex movement mechanism. By wearing it, the movement of the wrist will allow the reassembly of the watch.
An automatic watch has a power reserve, which varies according to the model, before stopping. It must then be manually wound by turning the crown 10 to 15 times upwards until resistance is felt.

What is a quartz watch?

A quartz watch works with a battery that you will need to have replaced about every two years.

Is my watch guaranteed?

Your timepieces are guaranteed for 2 years. If you have a problem with your Yonger & Bresson timepiece, you can contact us via chat on our website or on hello@yongerbresson.com with your receipt, a detailed description of your problem and a photo or video. The warranty applies exclusively to watches that have not suffered a breakdown due to improper handling or following a shock. The watch must be returned in perfect working and visual condition (no scratches or traces of use or modification of the steel bracelet) with its original box, instructions and warranty card (accessories offered in case you have benefited from an offer).

I haven’t had the opportunity to participate in the Kickstarter project, are the watches still available?

Yes, the Kickstarter watches are available for purchase on our website. However, you will not be able to take advantage of the exceptional discount granted during our campaign to our contributors.

Does a certificate of authenticity come with my order?

There is no certificate of authenticity issued with your watch. However, you will receive a payment invoice with your order as proof of origin.
